Alexander Graphics was born out of a love for print design and still holds strongly to that determination while also expanding into new methods of creative work and ideas to explore. Today, we are a growing family business with a focus on finding creative solutions for promoting progressive social change alongside companies and causes that work to build more equitable communities.
We believe that effective communication, by way of creativity and intentionality, can be a great benefit to our clients and their stakeholders. Hello! I’m Nancy and I am a graphic designer. I’m really passionate about how design works – the strategy behind how a message is communicated through typography, color, imagery, layout, the vehicle, and the written word. I want you to experience something cool when you see a piece I’ve created. I want you to feel it, be informed, and mostly, be moved to do something – to act.
Immediately following graduation from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Communication, I took the entrepreneurial leap and established Alexander Graphics in 1995. I have over 28 years of creative work experience in the areas of social advocacy and the community engagement, wellness, and nonprofit sectors.
Telling stories through visual design is some of my most important and fulfilling work, especially when those visual stories bring about a better understanding of our world and positive social change.
Hello. I’m Alex and I am the jack of all trades around here. I’ve found it encouraging to be a part of promoting our own business, our client’s business, and affected communities through communicative design.
In 2012, I graduated from St. John’s University (Minnesota) with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Psychology and Philosophy. Before coming to Alexander Graphics, I worked in the field of Youth Development and Community Engagement.
I bring a fresh perspective on industry software and procedures which, mixed with fast learning capabilities, allows me to be an asset to Alexander Graphics. My goal is to help maintain a steady workflow through project support, prioritization, and a discerning eye when it comes to creative endeavors.
